Matt oversees all aspects of graduate and undergraduate student services in CEE. He also processes GSI, GSRA, and lecturer appointments, manages our student services related budgets, and handles student organization funding requests.

Ava is responsible for reserving department conference rooms, meeting spaces, and classrooms for non-course-related use. She is also responsible for finding rooms for students with exam accommodations. Additionally, She assists student organizations with U-M and departmental policies and procedures, support graduate students regarding office and key assignments, and provide departmental tours. She also support event planning, committees, and anything else my team needs assistance with.
Jason Brummett, Senior Graduate Coordinator

Jason provides general administrative and programmatic support to CEE graduate programs. He is responsible for general program administration, recruitment and admissions, records and enrollment, advising and curricular issues, and financial aid.
Lynn Shock, Senior Undergraduate Coordinator

Lynn is primarily responsible for all undergraduate student services in CEE, including the schedule of classes. She helps students register for classes and supports the faculty program advisors with the undergraduate advising mission of the department. She also assists with the continuing re-accreditation of our undergraduate degree programs.
Krista Rule Wigginton, Associate Department Chair of Graduate Programs

Jordan Marshall, DEI Project Coordinator
Room 2112 GGB
Jordan serves on the the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, interacts with all DEI sub-committees and supports students in one-on-one consultation. She provides support for strategic planning, implementing, and evaluating initiatives outlined in the CEE DEI Committee Roadmap, with particular emphasis on programs that primarily enhance DEI for students, faculty and staff.
