Professor Woods Receives Edward Law Emeritus/Emerita Outstanding Service Award
CEE Emeritus Professor, Dick Woods, was named the recipient of the 2017-2018 Edward Law Emeritus/Emerita Outstanding Service Award.
CEE Emeritus Professor Dick Woods was named the recipient of the 2017-2018 Edward Law Emeritus/Emerita Outstanding Service Award.
This award celebrates the continued service contributions, including teaching and research, an emeritus/emerita makes to the College of Engineering after retirement. Professor Woods has been an indispensable member of the geotechnical engineering group who has continued to offer a number of highly-enrolled courses in soil dynamics and has been an inspirational mentor to graduate students.
