As a member of the Finance Team, I establish project grants, appropriately re-budget funds, and make changes to allocations or expenditures, including preparing journal entries, assisting in reviewing and approving reimbursement requests, expense reports, and purchasing requests, and processing invoices for payment. My Human Resources duties include hiring student and non-student temp workers and monitoring duration to ensure compliance with U-M policies, managing job data, salary distributions, effort changes, terminations, and resolving problems with HR actions.
