Provide highly responsible administrative support to the Chair and Department Administrator, working on sensitive or highly confidential matters. I manage the Chair’s calendar, take minutes at faculty meetings, manage departmental events, support the Honors and Awards Committee, assist with promotion and tenure materials, process donor thank you letters, reconcile p-cards and process reimbursements.
