Education / Certifications / Experience
I have an Associate’s Degree in Machine Tool Technology from Ferris State University. I have over 33 years of experience in the machining field, including 9 years as an Instrument Maker for the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at the University of Michigan. I started as a Mechanical Technician in Civil and Environmental Engineering in April 2017.
Fabricate and test student projects; prioritize jobs to meet deadlines; help with Geotech Lab, set up lab experiments and maintain equipment; help during lab sessions.
I have grown so much in knowledge since working at the University of Michigan, not just in technical expertise, but also with the unique opportunities to meet people from different cultures. I enjoy the diversity and working with my colleagues and students.
