Congratulations to CEE PhD candidates Somin Park and Wen Zhou on being named 2023-2024 Barbour Scholars by the Rackham Graduate School.
Established by Levi Barbour in 1917, the Barbour Scholarship supports women from Asia and the Middle East who have come to the University of Michigan to pursue an advanced degree.
