Application Materials for Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Construction Engineering and Management (CE&M)

Required Materials:

Application materials required for MSE and PhD applications consist of the following:
  • Completed application form (see forms below)
  • Application fee of $55
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (print or make multiple copies of form below).
  • Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  • Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores.
  • International Students only:
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) scores (international students only).
    • International students who are accepted for admission must submit certification of finances. You may submit those documents with your application package or at a later date, when requested to do so.

There are no deadlines for admission to Construction Engineering and Management graduate programs: Decisions are made as admission materials are received. Admission decisions can be made based on copies of transcripts and GRE scores, but originals must be shown prior to admission.
