Application Materials for Master of Engineering (MEng) in Construction Engineering and Management (CE&M)
Required Materials:
Application materials for the MEng in CE&M consist of the following:
- Completed application form (see forms below)
- Application fee of $60 for domestic students or $75 for international students (a check or money order made payable to University of Michigan or completed credit card information from bottom of Application Completion Information form below)
- Statement of Purpose
- Three Letters of Recommendation (print or make multiple copies of form below).
- Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores. (The GRE is recommended for the MEng but not required.)
- International Students only:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) scores (international students only).
- International students who are accepted for admission must submit certification of finances. You may submit those documents with your application package or at a later date, when requested to do so.

There are no deadlines for admission to Construction Engineering and Management graduate programs: Decisions are made as admission materials are received. Admission decisions can be made based on copies of transcripts and GRE scores, but originals must be shown prior to admission.
