Sherif El-Tawil named Fellow of the Structural Engineering Institute

Professor and Associate Chair Sherif El-Tawil has been named Fellow of the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI) of the American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE). The honor is intended “to recognize a select group of distinguished SEI members as leaders and mentors in the structural engineering profession". El-Tawil and other 2013 SEI Fellows will be recognized May 4th at the SEI Structures Congress in Pittsburgh.
