CEE Graduate students awarded MWEA scholarships

Congratulations to several CEE graduate students on their recent Michigan Water Environment Association (MWEA) scholarship awards:

• Sherri Cook – Jack H. Wagner Scholarship
• Mark Poll – John P. Hennessey Scholarship
• Adam Smith – Antenore C. “Butch” Davanzo Scholarship

These scholarships are awarded to worthy MWEA – Michigan Section AWWA Student Members that have excelled in their academic pursuits, at a Michigan university, and are pursuing a course of study leading to a career in Wastewater Treatment, or in some other aspect of the water environment field.

Sherri, Mark and Adam will be recognized at the annual Michigan Water Environment Association (MWEA) / Michigan American Water Works Association (MI-AWWA) joint conference in Mt. Pleasant, August 10-13.
